Getting Started
Creating Your Account
01- 1.Go to goalox.com/login and click 'Register'. Think of this like creating a new player profile in a video game — your name, email, and password are your login details.
- 2.You can also sign in instantly using Google, Facebook, Discord, Apple, or Microsoft. This is the fastest way — one click and you're in.
- 3.Once you're registered, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your home base — like a control room where everything happens.
- 4.Complete your profile by adding your industry, job title, career summary, and bio. The more you fill in, the smarter GoalOx AI becomes at helping you.
- 5.Upload your CV (PDF or DOCX) so the AI can analyze it and give you personalized career advice.
Adding Your Business
02- 1.From your Dashboard, click 'Add Business'. Think of this like telling the system: 'Hey, this is my company — help me run it better.'
- 2.Enter your business name, email, industry, team size, and optionally your registration number.
- 3.Your business appears immediately in the 'Businesses' section of your dashboard as a card you can edit anytime.
- 4.The GoalOx AI will now use your business context to tailor all strategy recommendations — it's like having a consultant who knows your company inside out.
- 5.You can add multiple businesses. Each one gets its own separate AI context, so advice for Business A won't mix with Business B.
Profile Enrichment
03- 1.Navigate to your Dashboard and click the edit icon next to your profile. This is like upgrading your character in a game — more info means better powers.
- 2.Add your career summary — this is the primary input the AI uses when analyzing your CV and generating personalized advice.
- 3.Upload your CV via the file upload field. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX. This unlocks the CV Engineering module.
- 4.Set your industry and professional title so the AI can match you with the right job opportunities.
- 5.Your enriched profile enables GoalOx AI to generate hyper-personalized advice — the difference between generic tips and a strategy built just for you.
Automation Engine — The LEGO Pizza Factory Guide
The Core Concept: Building Your Factory
01- 1.Imagine you are building a fully automated LEGO Pizza Factory. Your factory can run completely on its own, 24/7, without you ever having to step inside.
- 2.An 'Automation' is simply the factory floor you design. Instead of making pizzas, your factory handles data: like replying to WhatsApp messages, updating spreadsheets, or organizing your tasks.
- 3.You build your factory out of NODES. A Node is simply a specialized 'Workstation' on your factory floor. You drag them onto the screen and connect them with lines.
- 4.The lines you draw between nodes act as the 'Conveyor Belts'. If you don't connect a conveyor belt from one workstation to the next, the data (or pizza) falls on the floor and the process stops!
Understanding the Factory Workers (The Nodes)
02- 1.🟡 TRIGGER NODE (Yellow): THE ORDER BELL. This is always the FIRST workstation. Your factory does absolutely nothing until the Order Bell rings. This tells the factory to wake up. Examples: 'A customer sends a WhatsApp message' or 'Someone fills out a form.'
- 2.🔵 PROCESS NODE (Blue): THE HEAD CHEF. This workstation is the brain. When an order comes in on the conveyor belt, the Chef looks at it and thinks: 'What do I do with this information?' Example: 'Read the customer's email and write a polite reply.'
- 3.🟢 ACTION NODE (Green): THE DELIVERY DRIVER. The 'doing' step. After the Chef makes the pizza, the Delivery Driver has to take it to the customer. Examples: 'Send the WhatsApp reply back to the customer' or 'Send an email.'
- 4.🟣 FILTER NODE (Purple): THE QUALITY INSPECTOR. This workstation asks a yes/no question to act as a traffic light. Example: 'Is the customer asking for a refund?' If Yes, the conveyor belt goes one way to a manager. If No, it goes the other way to standard support.
- 5.🔴 INTEGRATION NODE (Red): THE CASHIER. This connects your factory to the outside world. Example: 'Tell our HubSpot CRM that we got a new customer' or 'Post a message in the company Slack channel.'
Descriptions: Handing Sticky Notes to the Workers
03- 1.If you just drop a Chef (Process Node) into your factory, they will just stand there looking confused! You MUST give them clear instructions.
- 2.The 'Description' box inside a node is like handing a sticky note to the worker. You need to tell them EXACTLY what their job is.
- 3.Instead of leaving the description blank, you must write something highly detailed like: 'Take the customer's message, use the linked SOP to find the right answer, and write a 2-sentence friendly response.'
- 4.The smarter your sticky note (Description), the smarter your automation will run. Never leave it empty!
Resources: Supplying Your Factory
04- 1.Your workers cannot do their jobs empty-handed. They need Recipes, Tools, and Ingredients. In GoalOx, we call these RESOURCES.
- 2.You can 'Link a Resource' to any node. If you link a 'SOP Document' (Standard Operating Procedure), it's like giving your Chef a Top-Secret Family Recipe book. They will read it before completing their task.
- 3.If you link a 'Google Sheet' or an 'API Endpoint', it's like giving the Delivery Driver an exact GPS map of where to drop off the data.
- 4.Always remember: Action Nodes (Delivery Drivers) MUST have at least one linked resource (like a WhatsApp API connection or an Email Tool) or else they won't have a vehicle to deliver the message!
Building Your First Factory: Step-by-Step
05- 1.1. Go to '/automation/set-automations'. Type a name for your factory like 'Customer Welcome System'.
- 2.2. Click '+ Add Node' and drop the Yellow Trigger Node (The Order Bell). Describe it: 'Fires when someone texts our number.'
- 3.3. Click '+ Add Node' and drop a Blue Process Node (The Chef). Describe it: 'Generate a welcome message.' Next, click 'Link a Resource' and attach your Welcome PDF so the Chef has the script.
- 4.4. Drop a Green Action Node (The Delivery Driver). Describe it: 'Dispatch the message.' Link the WhatsApp API resource to it so the driver has a vehicle.
- 5.5. Build the Conveyor Belt! Click on the little dot (anchor) on the right side of the Trigger Node, drag your mouse, and drop the line onto the left dot of the Process Node. Repeat this to connect the Process Node to the Action Node.
- 6.6. Once all nodes are linked in a chain, click 'Save Workflow'. Your factory is now built!
Testing the Factory live
06- 1.Just like a real factory, you need to test it before opening the doors. Click the 'Test' button.
- 2.You will see a live animation—a glowing pulse of data flowing across the conveyor belts from your Trigger to your Action node.
- 3.If a pulse turns Green, that workstation completed its job perfectly. If the pulse turns Red, there is an error (e.g., the worker is missing a resource or a sticky note).
- 4.Click on any red node to find out exactly what went wrong, fix it, and hit Test again until the entire factory lights up green!
Career Modules
CV Engineering
01- 1.Navigate to /careers/cv-mastery to access the Resume/CV Master Assistant — your personal AI career coach.
- 2.If no keywords are detected, click 'Initiate Keyword Extraction'. The AI scans your profile for industry-specific terms that recruiters and ATS systems look for.
- 3.Chat with the CV Master to refine each section: Summary, Experience, Skills, Training. Think of it like editing a document with a very smart friend.
- 4.The AI gives you a 'Match Score' showing how well your CV aligns with job descriptions in your industry. Aim for 80%+.
- 5.Request an Expert Audit via the 'Request Expert Audit' button. A real human expert reviews your CV and provides feedback within 48 hours.
Job Feed Integration
02- 1.The Remote Job Feed aggregates listings from multiple sources (RemoteOK, Arbeitnow, and more).
- 2.Jobs are automatically matched against your extracted keywords — so you only see relevant opportunities.
- 3.Click any job card to view full details including salary range, location, and requirements.
- 4.Use 'Save to Todos' to add promising positions to your dashboard task list — like a bookmark but smarter.
- 5.The feed refreshes in real-time and adapts as you update your profile keywords.
Bot Automation — WhatsApp & Telegram
Setting Up Your WhatsApp Bot
01- 1.From your Dashboard, click the 'WHATSAPP' button on the Automation card. This opens the Bot Automation Wireframe.
- 2.You need TWO things from Meta: a 'Permanent Access Token' and a 'Phone Number ID'. Click 'Open Meta Dashboard' to get these.
- 3.In Meta Developer Console, go to WhatsApp → API Setup. Copy the Permanent Token and Phone Number ID, then paste them into the GoalOx fields.
- 4.Click 'Save'. GoalOx will fire a test message to confirm the connection is live. If it works, you'll see 'Linked ✓'.
- 5.Your WhatsApp bot is now LIVE. Anyone who messages your business WhatsApp number will receive an AI-powered response within seconds.
Setting Up Your Telegram Bot
02- 1.From your Dashboard, click the 'TELEGRAM' button on the Automation card.
- 2.Open Telegram and search for @BotFather. Type /newbot and follow the instructions to create a bot. BotFather will give you a token that looks like: 123456:ABC-def.
- 3.Copy the token and paste it into the GoalOx 'System User Access Token' field.
- 4.Click 'Save'. GoalOx registers the webhook automatically — no extra setup needed.
- 5.Your Telegram bot is now LIVE. Anyone who messages your bot will receive an AI-powered response.
Training Your Bot
03- 1.Your bot's intelligence comes from three sources: your Profile, your Business data, and any attached SOPs.
- 2.To make the bot smarter, upload knowledge files (SOPs, FAQs, product guides) via the Knowledge Source panel in the wireframe.
- 3.You can attach a Google Doc, Excel spreadsheet, local files, or connect directly to your GoalOx database.
- 4.The bot uses all of this context when generating replies — so the more data you feed it, the better it performs.
- 5.The bot responds in a professional, action-oriented tone by default. To customize the tone, describe it in your Business 'Brand Voice' field.
Content Creation Pipeline
Content Researcher
01- 1.Navigate to /automation/content-researcher. This tool scans the web for trending topics in your industry.
- 2.Enter your niche or topic. The AI generates a research brief with viral angles, competitor analysis, and content gaps.
- 3.Use the results as inputs for the Content Creation module — think of the Researcher as the 'idea finder' and the Creator as the 'idea builder'.
- 4.All research is saved to your Generation Progress — you can resume anytime from where you left off.
- 5.For YouTube-specific research, use /automation/youtube-expert instead. It focuses on video titles, thumbnail hooks, and SEO tags.
Content Creation
02- 1.Navigate to /automation/content-creation. This is where your research becomes actual content.
- 2.The AI generates video scripts, social media posts, blog outlines, and SEO metadata based on your research brief.
- 3.Each piece of content is generated with your business context and brand voice baked in.
- 4.Copy the output directly or export it. The content is saved to your Generation Progress for future reference.
- 5.Pro tip: Chain the Content Researcher → Content Creator → Voice AI for a full end-to-end content production pipeline.
Security & Privacy
Account Security
01- 1.Use a strong password (minimum 6 characters, recommended: 12+ with mixed characters). Think of your password like a house key — longer and more complex = harder to copy.
- 2.Enable SSO (Google, Azure AD, etc.) for the most secure login experience. SSO means you don't even store a password with us.
- 3.All API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and never exposed in logs or API responses.
- 4.Sessions automatically expire after 24 hours for security. You'll be asked to log in again after that.
- 5.Report suspicious activity via the Chatbot — type 'I think my account has been compromised' and a support ticket is raised automatically.
Data Privacy
02- 1.Your data is stored on GoalOx's secure vault, encrypted at rest across global edge nodes.
- 2.GoalOx never sells or shares user data with third parties. Period.
- 3.Chat history is stored per-thread and accessible only to you and authorized administrators.
- 4.You can request full account deletion via Dashboard → Privacy Settings. This action is irreversible — all data is permanently removed.
- 5.All personally identifiable information (PII) is masked in system logs following Zero-Trust data safety protocols.
GoalOx AI Chatbot
Using the Chatbot
01- 1.The GoalOx Chatbot is available on every page as a floating widget in the bottom-right corner.
- 2.It adapts its behavior based on your current page: on the CV page it becomes a CV coach, on Automation it becomes a workflow builder, etc.
- 3.Ask it to add tasks using natural language — say 'Add a todo: follow up with John' and it creates the task automatically.
- 4.It has full access to your profile, businesses, enrollments, and To-Dos for context. This means it gives you personalized advice, not generic answers.
- 5.If the AI cannot resolve your issue, it automatically raises a support ticket and a human expert will follow up.
Voice AI Sales Bot
02- 1.Navigate to /automation/voice-ai to access the Voice AI Dashboard.
- 2.Configure your bot's personality by writing a System Message — this is the script the bot follows when handling calls.
- 3.Add Objection Handlers: pre-written responses for common pushbacks like 'I'm busy', 'Not interested', or 'Send me an email'.
- 4.Set up your CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) so call outcomes are logged automatically.
- 5.Generate a deployment script that includes both the Python Flask server and the Cloudflare Worker WebSocket handler.
